Somatic mutations, difficult lead

The project uses next generation sequencing to assess the genomic composition of colorectal  carcinoma. Primarily, transcriptome sequencing is used in conjunction with the techniques provided by TP5 to generate an as complete as possible view of the somatic mutation landscape of colorectal cancer.
