Subproject 10 stands for a robust and effective project management structure to assure the coordinated and timely production of high quality results and to achieve DiGtoP’s ambitious, clearly defined scientific and technological objectives. The central DiGtoP project management assists the coordinator (Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wurst) in everyday communications with members of the consortium and other partners. In addition, the management team organises conferences, workshops, training activities and network meetings with national and international research associations. Furthermore, the project office controls the scientific and technological progress of the subprojects as well as the exploitation of results. Moreover, the project office is responsible for the scientific communication and the maintenance of the DiGtoP website.
