Subproject 10 provides a robust and effective project management structure to assure the coordinated and timely production of deliverables and to achieve DiGTOP’s ambitious, scientific and technological objectives. Centrally controlled, DiGtoP’s project management supports DiGtoP’s coordinator in the communication with partners and collaborators. It will organize project events including conferences, workshops, training activities and networking meetings with other national and international research consortia. Furthermore, the project office controls the scientific and technological progress of subprojects as well as the exploitation of project results. Finally, the project office is responsible for knowledge dissemination and maintains DiGtoP’s public website. In addition, a scientific advisory board consisting of internationally leading experts will be implemented which will give scientific advice to the members of the consortium.
