This subproject is responsible for data management of the IG Prostate Cancer and the definition and application of methods for experiment design and appropriate statistical
data analysis. The experiments are planned together with the partners in the experimental subprojects according to the questions and goals of the overall study. The statistical data analysis will be performed and integrated to facilitate biological interpretation and hypothesis testing. Classification techniques will be applied and adapted to the specific needs of the
IG Prostate Cancer. Furthermore, based on the different molecular data sets from the other subprojects, we will model signalling pathways in the context of prostate cancer.
